Tim has over 35 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, leading activities on the shop floor supporting complex manufacturing and warehouse operations. During his career, he has served as the Director of Operations at General Motors and Ryder Systems Inc. Tim’s initial assignment with Ryder allowed him to be the first hire at a major automotive site in North America that eventually grew to over 1200 employees under his leadership.

Over the past 3 years, Tim has worked as a consultant supporting newcomers to the Electric Vehicle (EV) market, being involved in manufacturing commercial trucks and engines with a global OEM. He was also a key consulting team member responsible for the lean transformation and consolidation of U.S. operations at Harley Davidson Corporation.

Tim’s greatest strength is working closely with everyone within an organization. He is as comfortable in team meetings with shop floor personnel as with top management personnel. Mentoring and coaching within the supply chain function is something that Tim is passionate about and comes naturally to him.
